Let’s Talk About Anonymisation of Your Data
This is where we tell you that your privacy matters to us — and, in all seriousness, it truly does; we consider it a privilege that you’ve shared your feedback, comments, maybe even your address — but the reason this particular page exists is GDPR Compliance. 🙂 So here’s how that goes…
To Request Your Report
If your report doesn’t appear at the bottom of this page, you need to request your report.
- Put your email address in the space below .
Make sure it’s the one you registered with www.NauticalBoutique.Co. - Check the box to consent to our use of your email address.
It’s kinda necessary for us to communicate with you, right? - Click Send.
- Check your email.
If you haven’t received an email in just a few minutes, if you don’t mind, we ask that you please check your spam folder before making additional requests. If you don’t see an email from us in spam either, use our alternate form on our Contact Page or call us using the phone numbers at the bottom of our website. For each use of this form, you’ll need to wait 24 hours from the prior request.
To See the Data You’ve Shared
If you’ve already requested your report, look for an email from us. That email will contain a link to view your report. That’s your link, and it shouldn’t be shared with anyone. You’ll need to be on the same device, browser session, and IP address in order to view your report.
- Click that email link.
- View your report.
- Check the items you want anonymised.
- Click Anonymise selected user(s) button.
NauticalBoutique.Co will take care of the rest and send you a confirmation email, when we’re done. If you also want your email address deleted from our system, say so, and we’ll do so. Note that we only don’t do it automatically because we need it in order to send you an email confirming we’ve completed your request. 😉
